jacque anne [/color] For some reason or another, the entire theatre was empty, today. Many kids were on trips, as holiday was just over. This being the case, I, the opportunistic girl that I am, took advantage of the empty theatre for practice. I flipped on only the stage lights as I walked in, giving the whole theatre a dim look, kind of eerie. It helped me think, and the glow of the lights didn't draw any unwanted attention to me. As I walked down the aisle, I sat my shoulder bag on a seat close to the stage. I walked up the black steps, and rolled the baby grand piano to the edge of the stage, just far enough away from the curtain that it wouldn't be in my way, and that I could see the doors from where I sat. My long, lithe fingers began to fly across the ivory keys. The music grew from soft, quite, and calming to more extreme and loud, and back down again. As I played, Blackbird, by The Beatles began to play, falling from my mind, to my fingers, to the keys. As I played the song, the words began to tumble from my mouth, slowly growing with every key pressed. outfit
